Caller ID
Interface
When a customer calls your store to place an
order, one or more phone lines are connected directly to a Caller ID box, which
can be purchased with 2 lines, 4 lines or 8 lines. RestaurantPlus Caller ID
interface will display the name and phone number of the caller.
If the customer has not ordered before, the order
taker must enter customer information into the system (street address, special
directions and any memo about the customer. If the customer has placed an order
before, the information is automatically recalled - including the last order.
Using a Caller ID to speed up the ordering process
saves valuable time and helps to eliminate costly pranks.
Every time a customer is selected the following
information is displayed:

Last years purchase history by month

Total purchases
-
Average order
-
Delivery charge
-
Number of orders placed
-
Server who place the last order
-
Driver who delivered the last order
-
Delivery quadrant or area the customer resides
in
