CONFIGURATIONS
Customer Pick Up Station at the Counter
This station should be dedicated to
placing walk-in orders and collecting for call-in orders. This
dramatically increases customer throughput.
Driver Station With Caller ID and
MapPoint Interface
One station and employee should be
supplied for each incoming phone line. The use of a separate driver station
assures the throughput of other processing modes by dedicating a
station just for drivers. Integrated Caller ID option automatically
displays the customer information, street address, special
instructions to the home and any memo on the customer. MapPoint
delivery dispatch software a prints map with directions to the
street address. This saves precious time for the driver.
Back Office File Server
Use the back office file server to hold
your restaurant shared data, for confidential reporting and daily
management needs, allowing the POS stations to be dedicated to
order processing
Kitchen Display
Prep/Pack Station (KDS)
Prep & pack station in the kitchen
(replaces kitchen printer). Use one KDS per store to display 1-16
orders on an all-one touch terminal mounted on shelf, wall or
ceiling mount. No need for a separate bump bar.
Video Surveillance System
To provide security and
watch for sticky fingers, implement a video surveillance system. Once installed, you will be able to
view any camera in the business right from any POS station, from
work or from home.
FEATURES
Loading & updating
your data is fast and easy!
RestaurantPlus
provides easy to use setup screens to define seating, define menu
types, define menu categories, define products, modifiers, add-on items
(add item for $1, etc.) and topping items (e.g. pizza toppings). After
defining 1-9 menu types (e.g. lunch, dinner, bar, etc.) you then define
1-16 categories for each menu type. Select a menu type and
category to work with, then click on 1-50 item buttons and type in the
Description, Price, General Ledger Accounts, Prep Printer Overrides (if
any), indicate if the item is taxable, if it has modifiers or toppings,
select the Size (pizza), enter a SKU number (optional), if using
bar coding for this item - scan the product UPC code.
Enter menu types, categories and items
using your countries local language and currency.
Touch screen, mouse
& keyboard support!
RestaurantPlus point-of-sale ordering software is 100% touch screen compatible. Don't have a
touch screen yet? You can also use your mouse & keyboard.
Easy to navigate

RestaurantPlus
restaurant management software screens are user friendly and you cannot
get lost like some other systems. Your employees will love our
fast and easy to navigate screens. Average training time for learning to
enter, modify and pay orders is under 10 minutes!
Point of sale
(POS) ordering software
Instead of providing
one general-purpose ordering screen, RestaurantPlus offers
a separate screen with special features needed by pizza & delivery
operations. The
pizza / delivery order entry screen (see sample below) is the
end result of working for years with end-users just like you.

Driver Banking to handle payments. Whether an employee uses their
own drawer or a drawer is shared by several servers, payments are
tracked by register# and employee#. End-of-shift reports are available
by register and by employee. An employee cannot end-their shift with an
open check (an open check must be paid or transferred to another server).
Payment totals by pay type report is printed during end-of-day
processing. Up to 3 separate cash drawers can be attached to a bartender
station, so each bartender has their own drawer.
Caller ID
RestaurantPlus provides support
for
multi-line caller
ID boxes for recalling customer information.
Bar
code scanning
Have a cashier-gift shop or
small retail store? Setting up products to allow bar code scanning at
order entry time is a breeze! Use the product
UPC barcode or make your
own barcode labels for your products using low cost barcode printing
software.
Discounts, coupons
and special charges
RestaurantPlus makes
it easy to pre-enter dollar amount or percentage off coupons and
special charges (setup charge, delivery charge, etc.) that can be
selected during order entry. We also let you create a manual discounts
on-the-fly. Discounts and special charges show up in separate end-of-day
reports and are also tracked in monthly reports.
Manager controls
for voiding checks and deleting items
Once an order has been
Sent it requires manager authorization to approve item deletions
and check voiding. Deleted items and voided check appear on separate
end-of-day reports.
1 to 6 prep
printers are supported
RestaurantPlus allows
you to send food and beverage items to 1-6 prep printers (prep stations)
in the kitchen/bar. In addition, you can simultaneously print the same
order at 1-3 prep printers (e.g. print order at sauce station, pasta
station and expediter station). Prep tickets use large font and show one
or all of the following information: Order#, Server#, Seating#, Take-Out
Customer Name, "TO-GO", Date & Time, Product Description, Qty, Modifiers
