RestaurantPlus (RPLUS PRO) Product Replacement Policy

 

 

 

 

30-Day Return & Replacement

 

If your product is defective within the first 30-days of purchase date call us and we will issue Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions (where to ship the product, etc.) You must ship the defective product at your own expense.

 

After your product is inspected and determined to be defective under our Return Policy we will ship a replacement by ground freight carrier. RPLUS will pay for ground shipment to the customer within the first 30 days.

 

After 30 days the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

POS-X Point of Sale Hardware 3-year Advance Replacement

 

POS-X provides a standard 3-year advance replacement program for each all-in-one POS terminals you purchase.

  • Contact POS-X support department for return & replacement instructions

  • You must provide  the POS terminal serial number when requesting support

  • POS-X will provide a Return Shipping Label for you to put on the defective unit which you must have boxed up for return when freight carrier arrives for pick-up

  • POS-X ships your replacement by standard ground delivery (2-3 day delivery)

  • Overnight: exchange/replacement is available from POS-X

Products We Will NOT Accept for Return

 

HARDWARE

  • Original box is missing or damaged

  • Any/all packing/manuals/materials or accessories are missing or damaged

  • Serial numbers do not match the referenced invoice

  • Referencing RMA number is not included with the return

  • Products sent directly to RestaurantPlus and not to the supplier's product return address as shown on the referencing RMA

  • Pictures will be shared with the customer upon request for product condition verification

SOFTWARE

  • No returns or refunds are possible for any software products

    • After they have been removed from the box and/or installed

    • After software activation codes have been requested and/or issued
