30-Day
Return & Replacement
If your product is defective within the
first 30-days of purchase date call us and we will issue Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions (where to ship the
product, etc.) You must ship the defective product at your own
expense.
After your product is inspected and determined to be
defective under our Return
Policy we will ship a replacement by ground freight carrier. RPLUS will
pay for ground shipment to the customer within the first 30 days.
After 30 days the customer is responsible for return
shipping costs.
POS-X Point of Sale Hardware 3-year Advance Replacement
POS-X provides a standard 3-year advance replacement
program for each all-in-one POS terminals you purchase.

You must provide the POS
terminal
serial number when requesting support

POS-X will provide a Return
Shipping Label for you to put on the defective unit which you must have boxed up
for return when freight carrier arrives for pick-up

standard ground delivery (2-3 day delivery)
