Customer "change requests" to DELIVERY:
- If Local PC Setup "Print Duplicate Checks on This PC" = True, print duplicate delivery Checks when the Send button is pressed (1 for driver, 1 for store to keep)
- Remove the "Driver selection screen" that showed up after pressing Send button (press CkOptions button to assign the Driver when food is ready for delivery)
- Add new fields to the Delivery CkOptions screen so that it displays:
  - Order No
  - Customer Name, Street, City
  - Order Start Time
  - Driver Assigned

Printing Modifiers: corrected printing of modifier types: Standard, No, Extra, Sub, Add.
Customer Pole Display: added functionality to display Amount Due and Change Due when using Fast Pay and 5,10, 20, 50 buttons. Also added a time-out after 15-seconds that will blank the screen display or show the store name (if it will fit on the display).
Inventory Update: fix so that menu item sales components are added to corresponding item master "issues" fields during order entry.
Custom items: tested to make sure all custom items are showing up on tickets.
Software Re-linking Issue: customer reported that he was asked to re-link after installing a new POS version. Tested and made minor adjustments.
Tip-Helper Line: the tip-helper line now calculates as Sub-Total (before tax) * Tip Rate.
Dollar Signs ($) on Fast Pay Buttons: removed the ($) currency symbol for fast pay buttons 5, 10, 20, 50. Requires that the user update their data.mdb FB900 Buttons table (remove currency symbol change amounts, etc.).

Made changes to correct intermittent runtime error when adding items to an order with discounts.
Added new field to Data.mdb SYSCTL_Workstation table: (MaintToExitPayment, Yes/No). By selecting Yes, a Manager is required when Exit button is pressed on any payment screens. This fixes the possibility that an employee can enter an order, click payment, collect the money then Exit the payment screen, clear the order and pocket the money.
