for its own restaurant software products. Software
support
does not cover software training, local network
setup, point of sale hardware setup or
printer driver setup.
Before requesting support

page.

Look in the RestaurantPlus Software Setup Manual
or User Manual to see if your question is already explained.

If you purchased restaurant
software from a Reseller, please contact
the Reseller for local software
support
before calling RestaurantPlus.
Pre-paid support
Support
includes

Assistance with using
point of sale POS
software features.

Assistance with making
data field design changes for new software version updates.

Assistance with software setup questions not described in the setup manual.
Support
does NOT include

Training, local network
setup, point of sale hardware setup or
printer driver setup.

Setup or support for
Back Office software applications due to complexities &
variables with database setup - refer to Back Office setup manual and use the services of a
local bookkeeper, CPA, etc.

Installation & setup of local network, point of sale hardware and software
systems, including network printers, must be performed by an experienced
computer professional.
Work with
a local point of sale
systems installer .

Failure to have an experienced computer
professional install local network cables, switches, routers,
computer hardware, printers, printer drivers, touch screen drivers,
cash drawers, load software and perform initial setup tasks
described in RestaurantPlus setup manual will void RestaurantPlus
30-day warranty and 1-year support agreement.
