All issues are considered support unless they are related to sales inquiries

 

Software support does not cover questions for network or POS hardware setup (use a local network & hardware setup professional).

  • Use an experienced computer professional to install and setup local network cables, switches, routers, computer hardware, printers, printer drivers, touch screen drivers, cash drawers, load software and perform initial setup tasks described in RestaurantPlus setup manuals (failure to do so may void RestaurantPlus support and/or hardware manufacturer's warranty and support agreements).

  • Use an accountant to assist you with RestaurantPlus back office management database setup (no back office setup support is provided due to back office setup variables and complexities in setting up inventory, vendors, customers, etc.)

  • Answers to questions about network and POS hardware setup can be found in RestaurantPlus setup manuals.

Before calling RestaurantPlus for support

  • Look in RestaurantPlus setup manuals and/or user manuals to see if your question is already explained.

 

RestaurantPlus pre-sales telephone support is provided for the following

  • Pre-sales questions

  • Software usability questions.

  • Software compatibility questions

  • Software & license activation questions

RestaurantPlus POS software support by telephone, email & internet connection is provided for the following

  • Software setup problems not covered in setup manual

  • Database setup problems not covered in setup manual

  • Configuration problems not covered in setup manual

  • Usability problems not covered in user manual

RestaurantPlus support is NOT provided for the following

  • Detailed network setup questions (contact a local network & hardware setup professional).  

  • Detailed hardware setup & support questions (contact a local network & hardware setup professional).

  • Detailed back office database setup questions (refer to setup manuals and/or use the services of a local accountant).

  • NOTE: setup of inventory control, vendor purchasing, menu & recipe costing & labor scheduling can be complex depending on the approaches selected, therefore it is beyond our ability to support electronically or by telephone - you must use a local accountancy firm.
