All issues are considered support
unless
they are related to sales inquiries.
RestaurantPlus provides
free software support by email for its own restaurant software products.
Free software
support
does not cover questions for local network or POS hardware setup
(use a network & hardware setup professional).

Use an experienced computer
professional to install and setup local network cables, switches, routers,
computer hardware, printers, printer drivers, touch screen drivers,
cash drawers, load software and perform initial setup tasks
described in RestaurantPlus setup manuals. (failure to do so may void RestaurantPlus
support
and/or hardware manufacturer's warranty and support agreements).

Use an
accountant to assist you with RestaurantPlus back office management database setup
(no back office setup support can be provided due to back office setup variables
and complexities.

setup of inventory control, vendor purchasing, menu & recipe costing & labor
scheduling can be complex depending on the approaches selected, therefore it is
beyond our ability to support electronically or by telephone - you must use a
local accountancy firm.
Pre-sales
support
Installation & setup of local network, point-of-sale hardware and restaurant software systems, including network printers, must be performed by an experienced
computer professional.
